Blue Waters
It was such a lovely day,
And now the night enters in,
There wasn't a moment wasted,
Before night fall begins.

With the moon over my shoulder,
Shining brightly as can be,
The water was a pale blue,
As lovely as the sea.

There is something about late evening,
When darkness will approach,
Something that turns our hearts to think,
Of the magic in our hopes.

The water is a lovely hue of beauty,
Light grey and blue and white,
As the water slowly moves around,
And shows its beauty in the night.

With all the wonders of the heavens,
Adds mystery to the night,
How the moon and all the stars,
Add to this world a lovely glowing light.

The water so soft and blue and quiet,
With just a bit of rippling sound,
Makes all the world around you,
A mystery you have found.

Far in the distance you can see,
A picture remarkable to the eye,
The things that were before us,
Above us in the sky.

Just sitting in the moonlight,
And watching the night go by,
Is pleasure in itself,
A pleasure to the human eye.

There will always be a mystery,
How the moon and stars just stay,
In a open sky with no support,
But then God Just planned it that way.

I ask as the water runs so clear,
Whatever makes the water blue,
The reflection of the sky as in a mirror,
Gives us that lovely hue.

Some times we try too hard to figure out,
The things to us unknown,
But someday we will know the mysteries,
As from this life we've flown.

Just let yourself enjoy its beauty,
The world in all its majestic charm.
Take care of the Earth and all creation,
As you would a baby in your arms.
